Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Pulimark Tigerbrand
Return Policy
Pulimark Tigerbrand does not accept product returns except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order by emailing us at: tigerproduct.india@gmail.com
Products received in damaged condition will be eligible for a replacement or a refund.
Once your return request is placed:
- Pickup is arranged within 72 working hours.
- The product undergoes a 2-day inspection after reaching our warehouse.
- Refunds are initiated within 2 business days after inspection.
- Refund timelines depend on your payment method and bank processing time.
- If replacement is approved, replacement product will be delivered within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Returned product will be delivered within 5-7 business days after approval.
- If exchange is approved, exchanged product will be delivered within 5-7 business days after approval.
Refund Policy
If Refund is accepted, refund amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 5-7 working days.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, please contact us with your order number at tigerproduct.india@gmail.com.
- Cancellations are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will follow our standard refund policy.
